Thanks for this great list, Debi! I am interested in Alice Starmore’s book, although I’m not a Fair Isle knitter (just doesn’t suit me!) but I love her color combinations; the Lily Chin book because I took that particular class – she went too fast but she has a dynamic, inspiring presence; the Noro book – I am a big fan of Hamilton’s designs; the Haiku book sounds intriguing as Japanese designs tend to be – we shall see, the Leigh Radford One Skein, and am anxious to see all the others. You never know what’ll float your boat!
It’s great that there’s such a variety of books–that’s always encouraging! And with autumn coming (in the northern hemisphere, anyway) soon it will be time to wear handknits again. I can’t wait.
What a fantastic resource, even though I’m in the UK. Brilliant to know what’s coming up and fantastic for Christmas present list compiling.
I’ll be back sometime soon.
